This year, the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is predicting that there will be 9-15 named storms, of which between 4-8 are expected to become hurricanes and, of those, 1-3 could become major (above a Category 3) hurricanes before the season ends on November 30.

After years of legal battles, it looks as if the Cypress Creek Town Center Development of Regional Impact, the undeveloped property at the interchange of I-75 and S.R.s 54 & 56 in Wesley Chapel, will finally be home to an outlet mall to be built by the Simon Property Group.

This was one of the presentation boards showing the plans for the widening of I-75 presented by the Florida Dept. of Transportation at a recent public Open House.
