If you are plagued by poor sleep habits or quality, you’re not alone. According to John Evans, the principal owner of the recently opened Wesley Chapel and Lutz offices of Starlight Medical Group, 5 percent-8 percent of the U.S. population has some sort of sleep disorder. That is why Evans has teamed up with sleep specialists Richard S. Powell, M.D., and Robin J. Trupp, Ph.D., ARNP-BC, to bring these medical services to sleep-seeking residents of Wesley Chapel and New Tampa.
The group has begun seeing patients at its new Wesley Chapel medical office and overnight sleep lab located off of Bruce B. Downs (BBD) Blvd., across from the site of the under-construction Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel, as well as at the Lutz location off of S.R. 54.

Little Feet, located on S.R 56, is all about children’s shoes and accessories. The store offers an assortment of top brand name shoes and more for children from infants and toddlers up to boys and girls size 6, and in medium (regular), wide and X-wide widths.
Diana Ciccarelli took over the business four years ago. Previously, Ciccarelli worked with handicapped children in New York, where she learned the importance of correct shoe sizing for young kids. Ciccarelli can’t stress enough the importance of sizing your children often. “If your child takes off his or her shoes a lot, it could mean that his or her shoes are too small,” she says. “In order to get your child’s proper size, it is important that both feet are measured, since a majority of the population has one foot that is larger than the other. The child also should be standing, with his or her weight on the foot being measured, in order for the measurement to be accurate.”

COR, which has classes from preschool-3 through the eighth grade, is part of Christ Our Redeemer Lutheran Church. The school is located off Whiteway Dr., south of Fowler Ave.
