Congratulations go out to Arno and Barbara Schlappig, the new owners of the beautiful Salon Athena, which is located on Bruce B. Downs (BBD) Blvd., just south of Tampa Palms, in the Oak Ramble Plaza. The Schlappigs celebrated the June 1 purchase with a Grand Opening and New Tampa Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting at Salon Athena on August 30.
